FSH News, 2th Room Theater - The Family Law Program Student Association of the Faculty of Sharia and Law at Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University Jakarta held a leadership capacity-building workshop and a working meeting for the 2026–2027 executive board on April 2 and 4, 2026. This event, held within the Faculty of Sharia and Law, served as a crucial opportunity to strengthen the organization’s capacity while formulating policy directions and work programs for the upcoming term.

The series of activities began with a leadership capacity-building program held at the Second-Floor Theater of the Faculty of Sharia and Law. In his opening remarks, the Chair of the Family Law Program Student Association, Muhammad Rifqy Hakim, emphasized the importance of developing the quality of the organization’s human resources through strengthened collaboration, enhanced leadership capacity, and the cultivation of a collective spirit to realize a progressive and integrity-driven organization.

Next, the Head of the Family Law Study Program, Rosdiana, addressed all participants. In her remarks, she emphasized that leadership capacity-building activities serve as a strategic means to align the work programs of student organizations with the vision and mission of the Family Law Study Program. According to her, every program designed must have a progressive and practical orientation and provide tangible benefits for students.

Through the implementation of this leadership capacity-building activity and working meeting, it is hoped that all members of the Family Law Study Program Student Association for the 2026–2027 term will be able to run the organization professionally, purposefully, and responsibly. In addition, the resulting work programs are expected to be innovative, measurable, and provide tangible contributions to the development of students, the study program, and the Faculty of Sharia and Law at Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University Jakarta.
