FSH UIN Jakarta Prepares Parent and Guardian Meeting to Strengthen Educational Synergy
FSH News, FSH Meeting Rooms – The Faculty of Sharia and Law (FSH) at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta continues to strengthen communication and collaboration in supporting students' academic success. One of the initiatives currently being prepared is a Parent and Guardian Meeting, which will serve as a platform for communication between the faculty, students, and their parents or guardians.
The preparation for the Parent and Guardian Meeting was among the key agendas discussed during the Faculty's regular Leadership Meeting (Rapim) held on Tuesday, September 8, 2026. During the meeting, the leadership discussed various aspects that need to be prepared to ensure that the event provides meaningful benefits for all parties involved.
The Parent and Guardian Meeting is scheduled to take place on Friday, September 18, 2026, at 8:00 AM WIB. The event is expected not only to serve as a forum for meetings and information sharing but also to establish stronger connections and communication between the faculty and the parents or guardians of students.
In addition to the preparation for the Parent and Guardian Meeting, the Leadership Meeting also discussed several other strategic agendas, including the evaluation of the Odd Semester's academic activities, the evaluation and preparation for the accreditation submission of the Constitutional Law (HTN) and Sharia Economic Law (HES) study programs, as well as the progress of accreditation preparations for the Master's Program in Family Law (MHK) and the Doctoral Program in Islamic Studies (DIS).
In the academic sector, the faculty continues to monitor the implementation of lectures from the beginning of the Odd Semester. Educational staff have been assigned to monitor several classrooms to ensure that the teaching and learning process is conducted according to the established schedules and regulations.
The meeting also highlighted the importance of strengthening student discipline through the enforcement of the code of ethics within the faculty. Various efforts will continue to be undertaken, including preparing code of ethics reminders and strengthening the role of the FSH Code of Ethics Team in conducting guidance and monitoring activities.
In the area of accreditation, FSH UIN Jakarta continues to accelerate and improve various documents and supporting data. The faculty also emphasized the importance of coordination among study programs, faculty leadership, and the Quality Assurance Institute (LPM) to ensure that all accreditation preparation and submission processes proceed optimally.
The meeting further discussed the management and utilization of alumni funds as part of efforts to strengthen alumni contributions to faculty development and student activities.
Through the various agendas discussed during the regular Leadership Meeting, FSH UIN Jakarta reaffirmed its commitment to continuously improving the quality of academic services and faculty governance. The preparation of the Parent and Guardian Meeting represents an important step toward building a more collaborative educational ecosystem and strengthening relationships among the faculty, students, parents, guardians, and alumni.
