FSH News, 6th Room Theater - The Indonesia Stock Exchange Investment Gallery of the Faculty of Sharia and Law (GIBEI FSH), UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, organized a Work Meeting and Leadership Development Program for its 2026 management board on April 24, 2026. Held onsite at the Sixth Floor Theater of the Faculty of Sharia and Law, the event aimed to align organizational work programs and strengthen the organization’s vision and mission for the upcoming term of office.

The program was attended by all newly appointed board members and was officially opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Sharia and Law, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Maksum, S.H., M.A., M.D.C. In his remarks, he emphasized that GIBEI serves as a strategic platform for students to develop their knowledge and skills in economics, capital markets, and investment, while also fostering creativity and adaptability in response to the challenges of the digital era.

Prof. Maksum further highlighted the importance of economic and financial literacy for students of the Faculty of Sharia and Law. According to him, a solid understanding of investment and financial management equips students with essential competencies to navigate the dynamics of the professional world and the evolving global economy.

In addition to serving as a forum for formulating organizational work plans, the upgrading session was designed to strengthen the capacity of the organization and its members. During the program, participants received insights into organizational roles and responsibilities, as well as the importance of developing relevant and impactful initiatives that address students’ needs and interests.

The GIBEI FSH management board also emphasized that the 2026 administration marks a new phase in delivering meaningful contributions to students interested in economics and investment. Through a variety of planned programs and activities, GIBEI aims to become an adaptive, innovative, and responsive organization capable of meeting the evolving needs of the student community.

One of GIBEI’s distinguishing features is its commitment to combining theoretical knowledge with practical learning experiences. Through educational programs, training sessions, workshops, and investment simulations, students are encouraged to gain a comprehensive understanding of investment concepts while developing the ability to apply them in real-world contexts.

Through this Work Meeting and Leadership Development Program, GIBEI FSH UIN Jakarta reaffirms its commitment to strengthening its role as a center for capital market education within the Faculty and to promoting greater financial and investment literacy among students.
