FSH News, FSH Meeting Room — The Faculty of Sharia and Law (FSH) at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta held a Research Forum with the theme “From Research to Publication: Strategies for Writing Quality Research-Based Scientific Articles” on Monday, September 14, 2026. The event took place from 1:30–3:30 PM in the Madya Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, FSH UIN Jakarta.

The forum featured Dr. Windy Triana, Ph.D., lecturer and researcher at FSH UIN Jakarta, as the speaker. The session was moderated by Akbar Hakim, a fifth-semester Family Law student, and attended by eight participants.

The program began with an opening by the moderator, followed by an introduction to the forum theme and a presentation of the speaker’s academic profile and achievements. In the main session, Dr. Windy Triana delivered a PowerPoint presentation on strategies for transforming research findings into high-quality scientific articles with publication potential.

Beyond the presentation, participants were given the opportunity to practice writing abstracts based on research themes they planned to develop into journal articles. This practical session provided hands-on experience in initiating the process of scientific writing.

The forum continued with a Q&A session, allowing participants to discuss various issues related to research and scientific publication. At the end of the event, the moderator presented a certificate of appreciation to the speaker, followed by a group photo session.

This Research Forum is expected to serve as a platform for strengthening students’ capacity in research and academic writing. Through this activity, Family Law students are encouraged not only to produce research but also to develop their findings into high-quality scientific articles worthy of publication.
