FSH News, Meeting Room Lt. 2 - The Master of Family Law (MHK) Study Programme of the Faculty of Sharia and Law UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta held an accreditation field assessment simulation meeting which took place in the Meeting Room on the 2nd floor of FSH.

This activity was attended by Dean Prof. Dr. Muhammad Maksum, S.H., M.A., M.D.C., Vice Dean I Prof. Dr. Mesraini, S.H., M.Ag., Vice Dean II Dr. Afwan Faizin, M.A., Vice Dean III Prof. Dr. Kamarusdiana M.H., Prof. Dr. Yayan Sopyan, S.H., M.Ag., Edi Sanjaya, M.Si. from Puslitpen, Dr. Syahrul Adam, Head of Department as well as lecturers, education staff, and two MHK student representatives.

This simulation meeting aims to strengthen preparations to face assessors in the accreditation process, including equalising perceptions between lecturers, students, and education staff so that they are able to provide the right answers during the assessment.

In the simulation session, Prof. Dr. Yayan Sopyan, S.H., M.Ag., who is also experienced as an accreditation assessor in various universities, gave an example of one of the questions that is often asked:

"If a student is sick, does the campus facilitate health services? Are there health services available on campus?"

In response, he explained that UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta has provided comprehensive health services, both physical and mental. For physical health, UIN Jakarta Hospital is available. Meanwhile, students can also take advantage of the Psychology Service Centre for mental assistance, as well as violence case complaint services managed by the Centre for Gender and Child Studies (PSGA).

With this simulation, it is hoped that all MHK academicians will be more prepared to face the field assessment process, so that accreditation can run smoothly and produce the best results for the study programme.
